Mental Health Matters
On this page there will be information, articles, and exercises etc about anything and everything to do with mental health including tips and strategies on how to promote wellbeing in your child as well as yourself InShaAllah.
There will also be articles and courses developed that examine the main mental health difficulties that can be experienced by children and adolescents, signs to look for as well what what steps you can take to help prevent or help manage it.
